SCREENWRITING 102: TACKLING A FULL LENGTH SCREENPLAY*

This Seattle screenwriting class is open to students who has completed the instructor’s Screenwriting 101 class.

In Screenwriting 101, we learned how screenplays are written and formatted, did some tailored and specific writing exercises in class, learned some key things about story structure, and wrote several short scripts.

In this class, we’ll dive into writing a FULL LENGTH SCREENPLAY (90 to 120 pages long).

We’ll do exercises to get your FULL LENGTH screenplay underway, tighten it, help you identify and get rid of any parts that aren’t working, and make sure its story structure is solid.

You’ll have opportunities to share and workshop scenes from the screenplay you’re working on, if you’d like to (but can keep it private if you would prefer; either way you’ll benefit from the exercises).
