WANT A SHOT AT LIVING TO 200? START BY:

  1. Clearing the SENESCENT CELLS out of your body. They leach toxins into adjoining cells and make us sick.   3. Getting lots of exercise. Do some HIIT exercise at least twice a week.

  6. Keeping your mTOR levels in check. (If you eat meat, this means balancing your meals with periods of daily fasting – i.e., time restricted eating).
  7. DE-STRESSING YOUR LIFE. We can’t avoid all stress, and it wouldn’t be good to do so; but we need some breaks from it. Do what makes you happy. Go hiking… do meditation… take trips to the ocean… whatever works for you.
  8. Get regular medical examinations. Get health insurance if you don’t have it. Vote for someone who will assure that it’s affordable and available, and covers pre-existing conditions.
  9. Stay alive long enough to reach “escape velocity” (the point at which medicine would, in theory, be able to fix the body faster than it can break down).
