REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS

Thank you for signing up for a class through REKINDLE SCHOOL.

In figuring out how to handle refunds, we’ve tried our best to come up with a policy that is fair to both students and instructors. Our current policy is:

IF YOUR CLASS IS CANCELLED: 
If you sign up for a class, then it is cancelled, you will receive your choice of either:

  1. a refund of the full amount paid, or
  2. a credit voucher for the full amount paid, which can be applied toward any future class.

IF THE DATES, TIMES OR LOCATION CHANGE:
If you sign up for a class, then its dates, times or location are changed in a way that makes it unworkable for you to attend, you will receive your choice of either:

  1. a refund of the full amount paid, or
  2. a credit voucher for the full amount paid, which can be applied toward any future class.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND – CAN’T ATTEND – OR DON’T LIKE THE CLASS:
If you sign up for a class, then don’t or can’t attend – or attend the first meeting (or the first hour if it’s a one-day workshop) –  and notify us by email 48 hours after the first meeting that you are dropping the class – you will receive your choice of either:

  1. a refund of half of the tuition, or
  2. a credit voucher for the full tuition, which can be applied to any future class.
