This course will introduce mindfulness and creative practices that can be used to explore your own unique expression. 

Combining guided meditation, gentle movement, collage, drawing and painting in a small group setting the class guides you towards your potential within.

Learn to enjoy the process and let go of outcomes or “doing it right.”

Inspired by the work of Natalie Goldberg, Julia Cameron, Flora Bowely, and Stephen Pressman who offer multiple approaches that open the door to creative pathways, inspirations and muses. Taught by an experienced mindfulness instructor and an inspired art teacher, this class will help you find motivation and inspiration.
