You’ll learn about:

  • Food and its connection to your moods and relationships
  • Eating according to our Ayurvedic Constitution and the six seasons
  • The shad rasas ( six tastes) or the five food groups?
  • Connections between food, seasons and disease
  • Connections between food and the cook’s mood
  • How food makes an impression on your mind and intellect!

This program is based on the Indian system of Ayurveda.
