• To sign up by MAIL, download and mail in this form with your payment
• To sign up by PHONE, call 206-420-1309 with your credit or debit card information
• To sign up ONLINE, choose the classes you are interested in below, type in your contact information, then click the pay now button.
• After clicking the button, choose your method of payment. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card or Paypal
• After you sign up, you'll receive an email with the course location and driving directions. If you don't receive it, please contact us
